Maissa is a self-taught Tunisian film photographer. Through her lens, she captures everyday street life as it unfolds: markets, facades, passersby, and ordinary scenes from daily life across the Middle East. Her photographs preserve raw moments shaped by movement, light, and the marks of time. She is also the co-founder of @erth_iraq, an NGO dedicated to celebrating Iraqi culture and fostering connections with the Iraqi diaspora.
Maissa est une photographe tunisienne autodidacte qui travaille à l’argentique. Elle photographie la rue telle qu’elle est : des marchés, des façades, des passants, des scènes simples du quotidien au Moyen-Orient. Ses images capturent des instants bruts, entre mouvement, lumière et traces du temps. Elle est aussi cofondatrice de l’ONG @erth_iraq, engagée pour faire vivre la culture irakienne et créer des liens avec la diaspora.
