You have 14 days from receipt to return items for a refund.

2. Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Return Process

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-14 days after receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
