Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must be undamaged and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible
- Items must include all tags, labels, and accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Artwork that has been returned in a different condition than when sent (damaged, altered, or modified)
- Items that show signs of use or wear
- Items without their original packaging or tags
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure your package reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address we provide

6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 15 business days after we receive the returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at majditebib@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
